Not so sure about wholesale in cnx, but usually most retail or some so call wholesale also get from bkk.

Guess if u are here for biz and looking for wholesale price, better place to go is bkk or even China at Humen.

Maybe the new platinum cnx mall open by next year will see more wholesale businessman moving to the north.

CityNews – Chiang Mai Governor, Thanin Suphasaen, told the Chiang Mai on September 23rd that new measures would be taken to stop overcharging at karaoke bars in Chiang Mai.

It was discussed that many bars, including Aii Karaoke, Violin Karaoke, Bunny Girl, Pink Lady, Casanova Karaoke, Rose, and Cleo, would be regularly checked by police. These seven karaoke shops will also be taking part in a trial with The Revenue Department for tax and accounting issues. The related departments will now report to Chiang Mai City Office monthly, starting 30th September.

Many tourists, as well as expats and locals, have complained in the past of being overcharged in karaoke bars. If the bill is not paid the person run the risk of being beaten up, such as in this case.

Time to cheong Chiangmai?? Later I try to talk to the Governor and make sure karaoke girl make fix price like in CP 5/10/20 (500/1000/2000 baht) and no fly aeroplane to our sbf bro ya

Sayuri still tops and most value for money in Chiang Mai.
The rest can forget it.
If Sayuri cannot meet your standards then you have to go Bangkok liao.

By the way just realised Tiger Airways has resumed flights to Chiang Mai again.
