i m not negative or dislike it. is just not my type and not much saving. if u really got those veri veri special deals, u r the few lucky ones. most of the times the prices are just slightly cheaper by $50 or $100. i wont waste my time on such airlines.


what i dont like on budget airlines:
firstly is free seating.
family with children get to board first.
sell junk food inflight.
seat too cramp, just enough space for legs.

go and experience it. go thru the motion and u know what i mean.

on my way back to SG, while queing to board. i say "this is my first and last time going for budget airlines" then the guy in front of me say "me too". and we both have a good laugh.

before i travel on budget airlines, some of my friends that are frequent flyers also say will skip such airlines unless is the only flight to the destinations. now i understand what my friends are talking about when i myself have gone thru the motion.

just my 2 cents. no offence to anyone.

agreed! although i have never tried budget air, i wont save 100 bucks for the sake of saving! for me, its the convenience and flexibility of timing when travelling with the established airlines (SQ or CX) that keep me flying with them, esp if u are under a tight schedule. plus of course the small matter of keeping up with your mileage

but...those budget airlines still cater to a different niche...those who are really on a tight budget and non frequent-flyers for them, any airlines will do.

honestly i dont know. visiting a trade show in HK on 16-19 april. so since i m there, i might as well travel around the region. but then 2 days ago, my dubai trip pop up and overlap this hk trip. so now i have to choose one.

From the list, I have tried the sauna in Yindo Hotel (3rd level i think..) and the pricing is correct...Rmb 238 can choose gal from photo book only and FJ is add Rmb 300. For the VIP room is Rmb 338, this one can see the actual gal on the 7th level, FJ is also 300.
