I juz came back from last week bro.. Haven got the chance to see any bar street but there's one area which has a few clubs.. Many CHIOs there..
Can only remember one of them is call Eighteen... Hope this vague info helps..

If I m not wrong, EIGHTEEN is operated by Tuo Zong Kang, Actor/Host. Think most guys will have heard of him.
Never been there n Not sure of the operation and costs but I guess should be quite reasonable else people likely to post n whack him online or on press.

Should be a safer place for us to explore.

Yes, you are rite.. The place is owned by the host..
Place is quite good.. We didnt reserve any seats but the staff was able to help us get a booth seat for minimum spend of 10,000 TWD..
My friend pass 2000 TWD tips to e Captain n he gave us 2 bottle sparking wine FOC plus intro 3 CHio BUs..
MUCH beta than KTVs...
