another option, thou won't be popular here is to play lucas with merieles and push gerrard forward and cole to the left...

hope uncle roy dun stick to his lucas-poulsen partnership with merieles (R), gerrard (C), cole (L) behind torres.... pls dun bring us down to the ground after such a fantastic week...!!!

did u guys notice in the last game against blackpool when we were 2 goals down, RH put cole in the hole behind ngog, move kuyt to the right, remove poulsen and put raul & gerrard in midfield..........the result is obvious........numerous chances created but only one were taken........& we lost the game...........i say we shoud start with this formation at home & against inferior opposition away.........time to deliver on the field!!!!!!
