I was sitting in Tommy Boy cafe and having my usual iced cappuccino and I witnessed a crime in progress. A motorbike with a pillion rider snatched a person's bag and his gold chain. The thieves escaped by turning left into Miraton Hotel towards Hui Hua Hotel. This left the victim stunned and didn't know what happened and what to do. It was So fast, all it took was about 5-6 seconds and his belongings were gone forever.
So, a word of advise and precautionary action to be taken. Do not wear expensive watches, gold chain or show your cash in public. It's Chinese New Year time, crime rates here has sky-rocketed. Always play safe and be safe. Prevention is always better than cure.

Yes I agree Changping is a cowboy town.
Even more cowboy town than Dannok (South Thailand).
But recently have terrorist bombings over there.

Oic .. one round means one session of 10mins
10 session of 10mins = rmb400 sounds ok
