Even my regular Driver who work in CP for 14 years said 99% of the mm are lazy pigs who just a easy life. They hardly save any money. Work 3 days then nua 4 days... got abit of cash then go holiday...in the end after few years still no savings.

Long time no post, let me kay poh a bit. Those nv 入职 ones, they have to pay every time they get the 零时牌. 50rmb each time. So no matter you have to sit or go out or watsoever, this 50rmb they need to fork out to get the tempt pass. On top, they still need to give the mummy fee if they were to have customer. ie sitting fee 300, they still need to give mummy 60rmb, 1100rmb ON they need to give 160rmb. End of the day, if you have sitting only, you will only get back 300-50-60 = 190rmb. Those who 入职， they pay a monthly fee of betweeen 200-800rmb depending on what category they fall into. So effectively if the girl worked for roughly more than 8-10days, it will be more logical for them to 入职，but many cannot commit to this number of working days. Furthermore, some ktv are more strict on the registered WL, or some WL have many regulars, these are some points that may deter the girls to register.
Due to unforeseen reasons my gang only manage to clock MF and OY ... selection was still good despite cny coming.. the attiude of OY gals seem to improve alot ... no one in my group kena mm chut pattern...

Don't under estimate all this ktv mms ..... They can just do it as (temp)daily workers or ....... resign and go to another ktv to work, after a block period of months than come back to work either under the same mummy or change group . Just by hopping here and there they save lots of so call fine .
If they do have a dozsen or more regular carrots , they wont even needs to go back to ktv to works .
For example , I am the carrots , I bring her to ktv to party , there she sure to be able to find at least 1 more bro to join in the carrots club . And there you goes with more and more contacts . By not going to ktv to works , some bros might think that she is fresh waiting for him and first hand first leg go back to look for her again .....

Most KTV/mummy will demand the WL to works on thur fri and sat these 3 days. If not have to pay fine.
Which is also why most time u see more gals on these 3 days.
Some gals who have more regulars mainly Hkie and Taiwanese will not register cause their carrot mostly comes on those days mah.

managed to scrub through 2013 post, and I'm now preparing for my virgin CP trip with 2 other buddies on Feb 15th (hope this is a good day to start off).
