Depend on where you go !

Petain houses at 12noon: most WLs haven't eat lunch, they have no energy for you to fuck!! So most of the doors will be closed since WLs having lunch.

Coffeeshop at 12noon: coffeeshop should be crowded due to lunch time, so not easy to find a seat. Well you can try your luck.

Toilet at 12noon: Should be available. People are busy with lunch. so can spend abit of time to complete your business!

These are the 3 places at petain road that i ever seen. For your consideration.

The heavy down pour struck my way after i came out of MRT. I cannot proceed to petain road or else i will become "chick in soup". So instead of KeowKway, i take a break to have a cup tea. "Wah lan way" the tea is soft sia. Not sweet yet taste nice. And the smell of it is so pank until i drink 3 cups
