There is a reason why bros pay extra to bring the ladies out for OVN..... it is the easiest way to access extra services like sashimi, backdoor etc..... which the same ladies will not do inside the spa.

Once the extras are unlocked.... maybe she will give to you in the spa instead of going outcall again.
