Information on "Candidal balanitis"

Last month i was confirmed diabetes type 2.
Following within a week ,i got infected with "Candidal balanitis" after sex.

These are the following sign i got .
1)Redness and flammation on the penis head.
2)Itchy started with small red pimples.

I was given a CANDID cream by the doctor,apply it but initially it almost cured the disease but it again came back and now the redness and flammation and little roughness is not going away. It seems this sickness for live & if you have poorly controlled diabetes, then sugar in the urine can increase the likelihood of this condition persisting. If anyone have these problem related to diabetes or not ,pls feel free to share or you can PM me too.
I am worried that my candidal balanitis is not curing & will follow up with some kind of other sickness.

Yes there is a relation between Candidal balanitis and blood sugar. The
candida species lives on sugar. Only way is to reduce the blood sugar.

Best way is to lower your blood sugar so that the amount of sugar is like a
normal person, try eating clove powder, it seems to help very well and
it will bring down your blood sugar very fast. Google abit about this, it will
help.

If you can't find the powder just buy the cloves and grate it yourself

Lastly bro as men as ourselves get older its better to start cutting down on
sugar anyways as health is very important

If you really crave for sugar, you can also try equal, its a sugar subtitute.

Seems that i am not alone in this fight..diabetes is one of the cause!
Seems that there are more of us suffering in the dark.Pls do not shy away from this problem ,more information are needed to understand & seek the correct treatment.As i spoke with the non-diabetes & diabetes friends ,they too have encounter these problems without knowing the cause!

Pls feel free to share information to beat these sickness.

I have a short term solution for you or for anyone who is experiencing this symptom. Canesten or Candida creams treat the symptoms only and it is not good using it for long periods of time. If the skin of your penis is dry & peeling, or signs of small red pimple like condition, apply this 100% Aloe Vera Gel called Fruit of the Earth. It is pure Aloe Vera and it will calm the symptom. It can be bought off the shelf from either Unity or Guardian Pharmacy. The cap of the tube is blue in colour. Apply after shower and the dryness will go away within 2-3 days. I'm not marketing this product but I'm a regular user. It contains no alcohol & it moisturises any dry skin. It is more effective to the uncircumcised penis becoz of the foreskin protection preventing the gel from drying up on a faster rate. To the circumcised penis, i guess you have to apply it more often. Trust me, it really works. Now I apply small amounts daily after shower. I got this dry condition some time ago when i slept with my GF unprotected. I didn't get it from WL or FL.

As for your diabetic condition, I've discovered yesterday about how to manage & reduce your blood sugar level. Its got to do with what we eat.

Getting alot of discomfort! Able to urine w\o pain. seems that something is very wrong again.

isit only diabetes den will have this issue after sex?


i not sure about me having diabetes anot. but that realy worried me.

I do have such a problem w penis head irritation after sex. but it will healed after sometime.

can i know is it common even for non diabetes patient?
