Police arrested a 33-year-old man in Bangkok on Thursday for allegedly providing “penis enlargement massage” services in his own car.

Jakrawuth Praesanom was arrested in a sting operation by police from the Children, Juveniles and Women Division at a parking lot on the second floor of Central Pinklao department store in Bang Phlat district around noon.

Police charged him with opening a clinic without permission and practicing medicine without a licence

They accused Mr Jakrawuth of being involved with the operators of a gay massage parlour that police had raided earlier, Pol Col Supatchara Puangpuang, chief of the division, said.

The gang continued to run their illegal business by posting advertisements for penis enlargement massage in public male toilets in the Rama 2 Road area.

The advertisements named the Men Spa massage parlour, which claimed it could provide “delivery special massage” that could boost the performance of the male sexual organ. The ad also had a mobile phone contact number.

An undercover officer posing as a customer called that number and was told by an unidentified man to transfer 300 baht to his bank account as a reservation fee.

Police arrested Mr Jakrawuth as he was about to perform his special massage for the undercover agent in the back seat of his car.

Police seized a penis pump, massage oil and other oils.

Police charged him with opening a clinic without permission and performing massage without license.
