Found Sawadee Thai Spa 3 minute walk from KSL, where I managed to get full service at 10am. Not to be confused with Sawadee hotel which is also nearby, this Spa is across Sawadee carwash.
I think the spa just opened at 10 am; the masseuse assigned to me actually arrived to work after I spoke to the reception. It was a proper massage place, and she knew her massage - hard, and at the right places. Fortunately, she also offered full service, which I took. She offered very discreetly though, so not sure if it's part of the joint's business or just this girl (#174).
There was option for private room on the menu, which I didn't take. My massage was on a massage table in a joint room separated by curtains, so we had to do our stuff quietly; both of us were trying hard to stop our moans. If this excites you, come early before there are other guests

Late20/early 30 ish. Medium build, not those petite kind but also not fat. Face not special, boobs enough to grab
Tried last week. She is more like in the 40s. Massage nothing to shout about. Damage is as bro has indicated above but can nego. The place is indeed rundown and most rooms aircon not working.
