Now, with rentals almost doubling everywhere since 2019 and even bona fide professionals finding it difficult to get rental units within budget, these ladies of the night need to pay a very high premium.
Bear in mind that these are not "desirable" tenants. If you were a landlord with a spare unit, sure go ahead. Just a spare room, I would think twice.

2. their night job got drugs, they keep in your house - police case
3. visa issues - police/immigration case
4. neighbours complain - police / immigration also will need to investigate

As a landlord for almost 4 years. A work of caution, never ever let a tenant bring home strangers to yr place. An alleged rape case happened at my place. Despite my firm no to strangers, man or woman. And this was the only house rule. The tenant is a married man brought home a colleague to fuck.
Guess the race? Hint: Cisco. Needless to say, I kicked him out once i found new tenants. 2nd case, also same race. (Couple) Female asking to forfeit final month rent as charity. Returned the deposit and I told them to fuck off immediately. Stole my utensils as well. Bloody cheapskate.

yea, basically all tenants same mentality. the house is rented not theirs no need to take care. really very difficult to find good tenants. regardless of race. all races included. maybe japanese a little better ?

Bringing strangers definitely a no no. Getting things stolen also one of the problems of renting room. At least whole unit not so bad.

FLs are one of the highest earners - do you seriously think they have a problem? Ditto MLs, KTV gals.
They simply increase the price for their services.
Landlords generally do not like renting out to FLs. Unless you are the kind of landlord who specializes in this area. So you declare the unit as owner occupied but in reality you stay somewhere else, then you collect cash for rental monthly plus a nice deposit. So, no taxes no record of rental and cheaper property tax.
Then pray like hell that there is no police case and that the gals don't bring back guys. Generally that last rule is self-enforcing, for girls who rent only a room and have other girls in the same condo. They see men all the time, so they really want their privacy and will not allow housemates to bring a guy home.
