Properly bacteria from sweat or never wash properly underwear. If in doubt, seek doctor help. I went once before to polyclinic and it was a female doctor who checked me. That happen the nurses will too busy running around so only the female doctor and I were left in the room. She asked is it ok and I told her fine.
