Let me give an analogy to illustrate yr definition....in the world of fine dining, The Michelin Guide wif its star ratings r highly valued...now the pple at Michelin who do the evaluation of the restaurants r known as Michelin Inspectors...these Michelin Inspectors go about their dinning/tasting duties at all the restaurants on an absolute anonymous basis i.e. the restaurants have no clue/idea that these paying customers r fm Michelin...absolute anonymity is vital in ensuring the trust n integrity of the star ratings process/system in The Michelin Guide for obvious reasons...

how does the abv apply to Max_Priest's Frs in SBF?.....well first of all, I have already shown, incontrovertibly, that his Frs are tainted by Imputed Bias + Conflict of Interest...becuz Max_Priest had already admitted in SBF that the GL WLs he writes about are aware of hisSBF Persona...
