How often should you be tested?

Hi, just wanna ask some quick questions:

Assuming you go cheong 2-3 times a month, how often should you go for std testing? Every month? Every 3-4 months?

I usually do my STD test every 3 - 4 months and HIV/Syphilis test every about 6 months in BKK (depending when I'm there). HIV/Syphilis test in BKK is free for everyone every 6 months. Urine + throat + semen 28 STD PCR test package in BKK cost about $250. If I didn't travel and just only have sex with my current ML (about 2 - 3 times a week), I skip the 28 STDs PCR test.

Where to do std testing with a budget?
Just done some test before and cost a bomb. Know this new girl, she want me to get tested again before anything proceed.

Not cheap in Singapore, unless you just want to do HIV test only, places like afa have free anonymous test. But usually you will do a combination of std tests, suggest to get a test package to even out the cost per std type, e.g. 7 tests for $2xx which is about $40 per std test. Otherwise go JB one day trip to get it done at private clinic.
