How to give up ML FL WL

I last time used to go alot too then Covid happened and forced me to stop going and now i used to not going as often maybe once every 2 to 3 months

I stopped when my wife found out and asked for a divorce. now everything has improved and I managed to fix it so that we don't divorce. I started looking for them again haha

U definitely can find a way to reduce frequency tho. Now I basically got once every 2months

I’m pretty sure I was going weekly during 2022 when girls started to pour in. A lot of hidden gems

Realise and accept the fact that you’re dealing with an addiction. The dopamine kick you get when hunting and encountering a gem extremely high. Going cold turkey doesn’t help either and it’s extremely painful.

Remember that most of time and energy is spent in planning for the next adventure. That time and energy if directed to other aspects of life could be bring you to a whole another level.

Here are some practical steps

1. Cut down triggers especially watching porn. Watching porn makes us want to act it out in real life with MLs and FLs
2. Have a budget , on salary day withdraw cash and put it in your fun envelope and only use that.
3. Make choinging efficient and rewarding. Stick to an ML who gives you services you need and only visit her.
4. Invest time and energy at the gym and get a personal trainer. Invest in yourself. Take up courses that you know you should be doing.
5. If you have family and a wife realise that they depend on you and make time and energy for them.
6. Get your social life back, call your friends and make time for healthy activities like sports.
