Usually it's the other way round..... buy from other country and bring back to SG.

If you have prescription or doctor's memo..... can bring in legally up to 3 months supply for personal consumption only. Not allowed to buy or bring in on behalf of other persons

Going out should be fine if in small quantities.
It is coming back in that you may need to worry about.
Coming back, make sure you have the receipt that it is bought in singapore, and pills have been used.
Or if found, may need to pay taxes.
Seen some of these cases at land checkpoints.

End up some throw away, some pay taxes.

Immigration do not care. It is an prescribed drug and not controlled/prohibited drug.

Unless as you are carrying hundreds of pills, otherwise they dunn really care.

I always have some personal prescribed medication in my carry on when I go overseas.
Even when searched, see the worn zipped plastic with my name on the label, they don't even look at whats inside.
But not much tho, just 3-4 tabs of medication.

You can just put your meds in such a zipped plastic if you have one, preferably with a label that has your name.
Even if the discrepancy is detected, just say thats how you keep it. Not a biggie.
