I am seriously pissed off with this business owner so I hope if anyone can know a way to punish her.

The incident goes like this, I saw their FB posted a new therapist CoCo so I just proceed to book and turn up for the appointment. After paying up $80, I went to the room to change and awhile the therapist came in then I realized she seems like not the one I booked, so I want to confirm if she is CoCo, she replied "Yes".

I didn't think too much to react accordingly but when the session proceed further, I more or less confirmed she is not the one I booked. I do not know if it was my mistake not to stop the session immediately but chose to confront the business owner afterwards:

You can tell that she already knew this will happen and just want to simply apologize and brush me off.

I told her to refund my $80, she said she can only refund me $10 since i have finished the session and is my fault for not bringing the problem out first.

How arrogant can this business owner be!? No1 - She knew CoCo has already returned to China but still accepted my booking. No2 - She allow one of her staff to impersonate her to scam me. Now she claimed the one who came in to service my therapy session is CoCo, she want to play tricks now.

Am I only one here who got this shit? I wonder how many customers she have already scammed. So guys please beware...

and eh, it is not uncommon they re-use names. thats hwy you see all of them name same same one. always got vivi, coco, amy...all common names.

You can check their old posted photos - there is no CoCo

And they have since removed the New CoCo photo now.

Alot of spa owner reuse pics of the most pretty ML. Last time I kana also from DL spa Yishun now rename to another Sp still same location. Go in just take most basic one..hengz...come in a GILF then I ask y not the SYT shown...ML reply boss never update photo one. I ask why other new one got update only yours never update...she say..ask boss...so next time before you take the hot oil or prostate massage..see the ML first...for me I will skip all 88 spas...refer to grand ah kong thread for those spas to avoid...

You could have stopped it if you think it's a scam unless they don't allow it, then it's a different story.

The joint boss Joy is a known scammer.

Used to be an angpai and come out open shop. She frequently uses her own photo to promote the shop even though she doesnt work anymore.

Support this shop for what? If you want a detailed FR of this place can refer to my post history (damn long ago), thats how long she has been operating this dumb shop

What normally I do is if any of the shop ask me to pay upfront I will never pay for it! Unless I come before or I know the ML well!

I will always ask them to ask the ML which I book to come out and let me see the real person then I pay !

Then they will said xxx is busy now why not you pay 1st and wait in the room !

Then I will said no I want to see the real person then I pay otherwise I will go !

They normally will let you see the real person if is real but if the picture or booking the person is not real they will said xxx not free till ….. then you know don’t be a fool and got cheated by them!

Same like we go buy food or cloth we need to see the actual food at the stall or shop then we pay money right !

So be smart all bro out there !

You are the customer you have every right to see before pay not after service then pay ! Just remember this ! And there isn’t any rule that you can’t see the ML before engaging their service right !!!
