if it's very smelly, will you put your small bro into it? any way, observe if there's any rashes/slums around that area or unsual discharge along with the bad smell. anything positive means higher risks of STD. Won't sure unless blood test.

I think one of the symptoms of one of the STD is the vagina discharge has a fishy smell (can't remember which STD it is)

So far, hv never heard by smell can detect STD. If strong foul smell, better consult doc.
Oh, by the way, I think my "guru" can smell. His my Yorkshire Terrier name GURU. Very good at smelling.
