there is already an existing thread on this HC but many pages away. anyway it is in..damn must be the heavy lunch sudddenly cannot remember but it ah, grandlink square. it is a mp in my opinion and is rather new/clean looking. i also saw the ad..in my friend's new paper.

Yupe, it at Grandlink Square, 2nd floor, quite discreet as most of shops there vacant. Place wise for me acceptable as intention of gg there is for massage & quickie. Massage rm reasonable big & clean. TV room jus a projection TV with some chair to it.

HJ pricing: I$50 is not the std price but rather the std opening quote, can always negotitate to $30 or mid-point $40, so far I think $30 is the cheapest.

i agree with bro dino21. normally the gals will ask for 50 1st. they know some bros will attempt to bargain n eventually bring the price down to 30.

however not all gals will give in to d bargainings. they know they r young n pretty, n an ang pai sooooo ... either u take it or u leavit. of cos there r still some of d chin chai ones who will still take yr 30 rather than forego a good $ making opp.

Maybe the girls should start with 30, then add 10 for top off, and another 10 for bottom off to entice customers. HC normally 50 but this place is not exactly a full HC but if you think the girl is worth it then ok.

Yupe , agree with u bro, not a full HC as no spa/hot & cold pool, etc,etc. But rm big enough for my liking. Think this place suitable for short time: go in, have massage & special then f**k off.

for me, it will not be fair if the gals deserve more, ie $50 (not more than this). on average, hc gerls will get $50 from me, while tn gerls ard $30.

I agree with you partially. But I think the extra $20 can be in the form of extra tips to the girls. Think that will make them service better.
