Bro Recaro is right, Lor 22-24 are known to be the real bargain basement deals. Lor 24 (or Jaln Suka) should all be around $30 (room under $10) - Indons, Viets and a few PRCs.

Lor 22? Isn't that the main road? Only one or two houses with a few budget PRCs.
