A Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesman said on Saturday that they were informed of the incident earlier at about 11.15am, and dispatched a fire engine, a red rhino, two ambulances and two support vehicles to the scene. Divers from the SCDF and Naval Diving Unit were also deployed for the search for the man, who is believed to be a Chinese national.
