Keeping your own pocket money

Hello bros out there who are married, I have a burning question that I hope to have some advises from you guys.

You see, I've been married for many years now and my wife knows the passwords to my bank accounts and internet banking. Every month she will help me settle all the bills using my account. Sometimes when she noticed I draw amount more than 200 dollars in a single transaction, she will begin her questioning or if I draw out $ too frequently, she will also "nicely" ask for the reason, cos' she knows too well the average amount of $ I had to spend every month. So you see, I can only afford those very inexpensive cheonging style for these past years ever since we got married such as HCs and value-for-$ offer from Joe.

Last month, during one of my business trip, my life was changed forever - I met a gal whom I shall named as Hui....well to cut the story short, I'll have to detail out this long romance episode in another thread. And now there is such a great need for me to hide some pocket money to visit Hui, and to provide for her so that her life can be improve....etc. I've been torned apart within my conscience for ploting such a plan... but I'm too helpless to have a grip of myself, and for a man in his thirties to feel like a helpless teenager head over heel in love and getting lost emotionally...I am so ashame of myself...

So much for my ridiculous emotional turmoil, now back to my question, are there any good innovative ways to keep pocket money without letting my wife knows about it given the situation that she can easily access my bank accounts?

I've thought of opening another bank account secretly but there would be problem of where to mail the account statements and place to keep the ATM card given the fact that I'm one of those employees in my company whose under the mobility option with no fix cubicle and storage cubboards in the office building. Is there any bank account that gives the option of not having to mail statement summary to you? And where to keep the ATM card when I know occasionally, my wife does have "good reasons" to go through my wallet...And the main difficulty is the transfer of funds unnoticeably to the secret account...

Asking my company to bank in my salary or business trip allowances into a different bank account would definitely invite my wife's suspicious...

So...this is really difficult, isn't it?...

2. Bet fball, win $$ keep aside, lose $$ honestly tell her. say friend ask to try try. Or u can lie say u bet, but traf $$ to friend instead.
3. many many more la, u can oso traf to my posb acc, tell her ur friend borrow $$ from u. Me can help explain to her my sad situation. btw 20% commission
4. Best of all. fcuk and forget, be soft to her (ur new found love) now is actually been hard on urself in the future. think many many time.

Apply another account. eg: posb or uob.
UOB no monthly statement send to ur house.

Btw, u can open an account at SingPost. Send all your private doc. or letter to that address. Can keep ur ATM card inside that box as well..

One of my friend every week going down to Orchard Post Office collect his "confidential" letter. His situation same as u bro.

ocbc doesnt have statements too...

Those brudders above have already given u some good ideas...

Just to add-on, after opening up an acct on those banks that don't send monthly statements (e.g. UOB), apply for a fixed monthly inter-bank transfer from your current pay-acct to your new acct, just tell your wife that u have a new investment acct that requires monthly payment....investment acct are not guaranteed so if you have no $$ at the bank acct when she checked its not surprising...

Here is what I propose to transistion into seperate accounts:
(1) Create mesey transaction by withrdrawing money and putting it back.
(2) Pay for your office expenses and outing with colleague using same account.
(3) After 3 months, create a new bank account and put pay check in new account. Then put in household expense in current bank account and wife can managed this.
(4) Your goal of a seperate bank account is achieved.

Still, the wise saying by all brothers should be heeded, cheong with your small head not with your heart. Don't put feelings into those girls, they are just there for money.

Honestly to sacrifice your marriage for such girls are totally not worth it.

You can try citibank...they too dun send monthly statement...Anyway..they ATM card look like a Credit Line card too...So maybe you can smoke ur way true...

I do think that opening an postal address is a good idea...

Anyway...i think u do hv a 1-2 real gd buddy that dun mind keeoing the ATM card for u...right???? If u dun...I think you must quite a lousy friend ...Just kidding....No hard feeling

Bro i have statement from ocbc every month without fail sent over one leh,but maybe i having two wif them,one is personal the other is current,the rest of the bank no statement sent,dun know is it i have two account wif them that why keep senting updates

just checked my ocbc internet banking, dun think there is an option to "stop sending statements".

But for uob, there is an option to "stop sending statements"

You have got such a good and calculative wife guarding your reserves. I dun understand why you muz hide is from her? Do not use your encounter as an excuse, please. You are gg to commit an extra martial affair. Please re-think before you end up without a single cent.

Hello pal, why so hot? SPG's economy improving rite? My pay still not improved lay. But why there's a sudden increase of carrots? I also a carrot sometimes, by gg to KTVs and stuff, keke~ but I make sure they work doubly hard for those carrots that I paid for.
