Hadyai Mansion/Clubhouse for bros! Is this a good idea?

I have been discussing with a few bros who frequent Hadyai a few times a year and we thought it might be a good idea to share out buying or renting a mansion for our lodging during our stay. On average, we spend around 20,000THB for lodging during our short 5 day stay (total 4-5 visitors and 700THB a night for hotels). If we count in bros who also visit, the total will be much higher.

So instead of renting hotel rooms, it sounds much better to stay in our own mansion/bungalow/clubhouse. We can even have our own party there! Thought of sponsoring a few model quality girls to stay there too but don't like the idea of sharing my girl with others so maybe we have to bring our own girls whenever we stay

Anyway, is this viable? It will be a non-profit lodging and we simply share out the monthly expenses.

talk seriously la GTM, everytime we have to hunt for hotels and vouchers, so troublesome. I buy also can, but u definately won't maintain one, just go there and fuck, maybe maid also kena fuck by u if she looks good

So if those who are insterested share the expenses, it will definately be more viable than freeloaders. Anyway real suggesions and views are most appreciated!

U talk abt urself arr? I think if i ask the Realm brothers who is the 1 wil will do this n the anwser will be u loh.

Serious... since i quit Hatyai scene oredi coz there is no more new things for me to discover.. but since u come up with this idea n u are our CBM sure i will support u.

I try to write a tirak story abt our last trip in Taurus thread later... that might be 1 of the reason oso why i do support u.

I saw this thread came up and I thought, well....let's see what the threadstarter has got in his mind. Maybe some wannabe Hugh Heffner..with mention of Mansion/Bungalows..

Suddenly I see the threadstarter's nick...nbzzzz.....our very own TD0620G aka CBM!!!! WTF??!!

But come to think of it; he does have his own very valid reason. For the amount of time and monies spent by him during this past three months in Dannuk, Hatyai and Bangkok...well, it's really viable for him to buy a house there. However, I do agree with GTM aka bro Dekuip that the only one who has the stamina and determination to go there that often will be you and ONLY you. What has happened to you, bro??? Sighhh.....shakes head!!!

Its a good idea to have our very own clubhouse. however do they have such clubhouse with maid svc? (just like some condo in KL). how about location?
I know there are one mansion in SKY.

having a club house in various location is extremely good, eg. having 1 in kl to host brothers coming from outstation... the whole idea is having a place to call our own, where we can also do our TCSS sessions...

I fully support your GREAT idea !

Instead of buying, I suggest that we rent a FULLY-FURNISHED 3-rooms apartment/condo on a 2 + 2 or a 3 + 3 years basis. Ideally the apartment/condo should have a swimming pool, sauna, steam-abath, jazuzzi & gym facilities.

Sharing can be on the basis of time-sharing basis. When the rooms are not occupied by any time-sharer, they can be rented out to "outsiders" / non-time-sharers.

Can someone scout around for the ideal location, cost of monthly rental, Resident/Part-time maid services,etc

Another GREAT idea ! ............... Clubhouse for bros coming from outstation ............ like this, I must go to KL more often

We should also have another Clubhouse/apartment/condo in Bangkok and one in JB (for bros going to JB/S'pore)

Whoa... slowly first la, one place at a time and I can already forsee a lot of things that need to be done to get a proper place. Renting is a good idea for starters! Any idea how much it costs to rent a proper place?

Maybe we can get SC heritage type of girls to stay there, in return we get to choose them during our visits kekkeke

A word of caution about letting girls stay in our Mansion/Clubhouse ............

I know a lot of Malaysians/S'poreans keep mistresses in Hatyai by renting apartments for them to stay. These 'sponsors' visit their mistresses once or twice a month or once every 1 to 2/3 months and they also pay them XXXX bahts per month for 'maintenance'. What happen is that when the 'sponsors' are not in Hatyai these girls do FL to earn extra money

So it is not wise to rent apartments and let WLs stay there while we are not there

whoa...TD. this thing u propose certainly need lotsa of planning and researching...
As for maid to take care of the clubhouse..i oredi have someone in mind for you....how about Agent-T 's wife? Since she is a full time housewife..this way its a win-win situation..
As for finding this 'clubhouse', i will try to find out for you.
better still if we can have a mini 'Kiss Channel' there as well...know what i mean?
what we need is a trustworthy and honest caretaker to look at every details for the clubhouse.
