Ejaculating out blood is called hematospermia.

It can look very frightening but in the vast majority of the time it is actually harmless. And is just caused by a small blood vessel that burst. I usually describe it as like having a nose bleed.

Of course it is still important to see a Doctor. Because we have to rule out potential infections, tumors, prostate and testis issues.

Most of the time, we will not find any sinister causes.

It may take up to 6 ejaculations for the blood to clear. That is because the blood may have already contaminated the entire storage system. Think of it as dropping one drop of ink into a bucket of water. You need to change the water a few times before it becomes clear again

That looks like a lot of blood. Better go see a doctor to check and make sure that there is no underlying condition. As far as I know, if you use it too wildly/often got chance for bleeding but we are not the medical experts here. Even then, that amount of bleeding does not seem ordinary.

Yes. Kenna before. And my balls swollen like bowling balls. Went to my usual GP. Gave me some antibiotics and rest. Recovered within couple of days.

Doc was saying infection. Nothing much in particular.

It happened over the night. Woke up with swollen balls. Went to peep and blood came out. So quickly go to my GP. Anyway he said it is not uncommon. Recovered after resting for a day or 2.
